We’re looking for some dynamic and energetic talent for the role of an Account Manager. We are looking for a solid Account Manager with a hunger to grow, to join our growing account management team. He/she will need to have the ability to multi-task across client and brand.

Duties:

  • Follow up with clients/liaising with clients/compiling CEs/assisting with invoicing/time managing and planning
  • Provide day-to-day management of client campaigns and be regarded as the first point of contact for clients, inspiring their loyalty and trust
  • Establish and maintain a productive communication channel between the client and the agency, maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Continue to invest in growing knowledge of your clients’ business and the industries in which they operate
  • Produce good quality written work on time, including client correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Assist with preparing and delivering presentations to clients as and when required
  • Ensure the workflow from client brief to finished material is seamless, collaborative, fruitful and efficient
  • Engage with clients in order to formulate clear and achievable briefs and action plans
  • Ability to upskill team members
  • Explore opportunities to grow the portfolio
  • Familiarity with the financial set-up of the client
  • Ability to handle the retainer management and efficiency
  • Work with a certain level of autonomy
  • Proficient use of Chase as a workflow tool

Skills:

  • 2-3 Years of recognised advertising agency experience
  • Superb interpersonal skills coupled with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a high-paced and pressurised environment
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Quick learner – understanding our business and its challenges quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail and efficient time management skills
  • Comfortable and confident when client facing
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Receptive to a process and structured environment
  • An understanding of digital and social media channels and what they have to offer
