We are excited to announce the new hilarious Mukuru campaign! Mukuru, the leading financial service platform in Africa, Europe and Asia just launched the new Mukuru Wallet in Zimbabwe. The wallet is changing things for the better. It gives Zimbabweans the chance to conveniently and safely send, store and spend all in one place: their phones.

In partnership with 7 Films, we kicked off with an entertaining and memorable TV ad playing off the idea that with the Mukuru wallet, things have changed for the better, inspired by the phrase ‘Zvakuendeka!’
Mr Mncube added, “We are proud to launch the Mukuru Wallet supported by our campaign ‘Zvakuwendeka/Sez’khipha’. It is truly a creative and authentic expression of Mukuru’s natural evolution in Zimbabwe for the past 20 years.
The distinctive, bold orange colour pulled the idea through and across all our messaging. We crafted print for national newspaper, while OOH spread the word in 14 prominent locations, and radio teasers and launch spots featured on popular talk show programmes. We also developed unique content for digi-films that ran on Mukuru’s social platforms, as well as some eye-catching CGI stunts to create talkability. Executions were done in both Shona and Ndebele.
